On this eight-week Mindfulness for Health course you’ll learn how to use mindfulness to ease your suffering from pain, ill health, fatigue and associated stress within a small, supportive and friendly group setting. You’ll gradually build up a richer awareness of yourself, as well as your relationship to others, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling and creative life, even when experiencing long-term pain or illness. People we have helped so far include those with chronic back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-operative pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, CFS/ME, neuropathies, Parkinson’s disease, and many other types of pain and illness. Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days in advance. After that we cannot usually offer refunds.
