On this eight-week Mindfulness for Health course you’ll learn how to use mindfulness to ease your suffering from pain, ill health, fatigue and associated stress within a small, supportive and friendly group setting. You’ll gradually build up a richer awareness of yourself, as well as your relationship to others, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling and creative life, even when experiencing long-term pain or illness. People we have helped so far include those with chronic back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-operative pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, CFS/ME, neuropathies, Parkinson’s disease, and many other types of pain and illness. Some charitable bursaries are available for people in financial need who have physical or mental health problems. Apply here.
Full payment is required to make your booking. Please make sure you have read all the details on this page, and understand any specific commitments required before booking. Payments are non transferable but can be refunded up to 5 working days before the course starts (minus £20 cancellation fee). In the event of the course being cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
