This course is for anyone dealing with stress of any kind, whether associated with work, relationships, finances, loss or other factors outside your control. You’ll learn mindfulness strategies and approaches within a supportive and friendly group setting, and how they can help you tap into your own inner resources.  You’ll learn how developing a new relationship with the conditions we find ourselves in can allow us to begin to respond to them more creatively – so that experiences don’t overwhelm us and we can remain steady through life’s ups and downs.
