Mindfulness course STARTING THIS WEEK
Places are still available for our Mindfulness for Stress course starting this coming Wednesday: Eight Wednesdays 7-9.30pm, starting 16 January
It’s a big claim, but a justifiable one: everyone can benefit from practising mindfulness. So this eight week Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress course is relevant to very many people – but it’s also particularly designed to be helpful for those suffering from stress associated with work, family, health or relationships. It can also be a support for those experiencing particular conditions such as depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, long-term illness or PTSD. Find out more here.
