Digital Detox Morning
A morning to mindfully and ritually switch off mobile devices and not read emails, not engage with social media, not making any phone calls, not receiving or sending text, not using Whatsapp or Messenger.
What we will do is much of nothing, paired with some meditation and some gentle walking. Come along and be unplugged. You should especially come along if you feel a lot of aversion for attending.
