On this eight-week Mindfulness for Health course you’ll learn how to use mindfulness to ease your suffering from pain, ill health, fatigue and associated stress within a small, supportive and friendly group setting.  You’ll gradually build up a richer awareness of yourself, as well as your relationship to others, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling and creative life, even when experiencing long-term pain or illness. Full details of the course, and more information about mindfulness, are available on the Breathworks website.

People we have helped so far include those with chronic back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-operative pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, CFS/ME, neuropathies, Parkinson’s disease, and many other types of pain and illness.  This list is not exhaustive and we welcome your enquiry whatever your condition. Contact us if you are uncertain whether the course is right for you.

Some charitable bursaries are available for people in financial need who have physical or mental health problems. Apply here.
