Eight Monday evenings 11 June – 30 July 7-9.30pm
On this course you’ll learn practical methods to reduce anxiety, soften tension in the body and stay grounded in a supportive and friendly group setting. The course is based on The Little Mindfulness Workbook, an expert guide to combating stress.
