An introduction to the simple yet powerful world of ‘mindfulness’ through guided meditations and group discussion. A regular mindfulness practice can help restore balance to your everyday life. People who have gone on to complete an 8-week Mindfulness for Health or Stress course often report that it helped them:
- Manage chronic pain and related stress
- Reduce work-related stress, anxiety and depression
- Boost physical and mental well-being
- Reduce addictive and self-destructive behaviour
- Increase self-awareness, empathy and concentration
These sessions are open to all.
All mindfulness events will be led by a team of experienced Accredited Breathworks teachers.

Please make sure you have read all the details of the event, have made sure you are eligible to attend (eg for 'going deeper' events) and are willing to make any commitments that are required.
Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days in advance. After that we cannot usually offer refunds.
