Come along and learn how mindfulness and yoga could help you find relaxation, kindness and spaciousness in your day to day life.
Drop in for one session, or stay for all three:
The yoga sessions will be a deeply relaxing class, with mindfulness of body, breath and movement threaded throughout. If you ever feel anxious, nervous, over-busy, stressed and tight in the body, this class will help you to breathe more deeply, settle your mind, find more ease in your body, and relax.
1pm-2pm Mindfulness with Pascual Quiles

Suitable for anyone.
Mindfulness and yoga are particularly useful for those experiencing stress, ill-health or chronic pain. Those with a general interest are also very welcome.
Sessions are free of charge. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session is due to start.
