This is a gentle and relaxing yoga class, suitable for all levels.

Moving slowly and with kindness, we unwind tension through simple movements, mindfulness practice and breathing exercises; leading into a period of deepening rest in fully-supported restorative yogapostures.  If you ever feel anxious, over-busy, stressed or tired, this class will help you to breathe more freely, settle your mind, find more ease in your body, and relax.
