In an evening of dance, spoken word and silent witnessing, WLBC’s Contemplative Movement Group creates an event somewhere between performance and movement meditation as they share their ongoing practice.

Their work combines the unpredictability and aliveness of improvisation with themes and materials cumulated over many months of creative and contemplative process.

Forms appear as offerings into the space and dissolve away, sometimes recurring in new ways – absurd or poignant, mysterious or mundane, in wildness or resonant silence.

Come and join in witnessing how the past is constantly reappearing in the present as we move towards co-creating the future.
