Next mindfulness courses starting in March

Breathworks is starting this new mindfulness course at West London Buddhist Centre:

 

Mindfulness for Health starting the 7th of March (Tuesdays 2pm-5pm)

 

Our next Mindfulness for Health course will run for eight Tuesday afternoons, beginning on 7th March in the West London Buddhist Centre. The course takes place within a small, supportive group setting. It is suitable for people living with any long-term health condition – you can watch a video here about how mindfulness helped Gareth, who has Multiple Sclerosis.

 

Mindfulness for Stress starting the 8th of March (Wednesdays 7 -9:30pm)

 

This Mindfulness for Stress course is for anyone dealing with stress of any kind, whether associated with work, relationships, finances, loss or other factors outside your control.
