Most people who attend a mindfulness course get a lot out of it, but what happens when the course finishes? To experience the lasting benefits of mindfulness it’s necessary to continue to practise. Many people find it hard to keep their mindfulness practice going and so we offer regular refresher sessions to help rejuvenate practice that may be flagging, and inspire people to keep going. It is so worth it!  More information.

There is no need to book – please arrive ten to fifteen minutes before the session begins.
