Mindfulness taster session

Come along and learn how mindfulness could help you find relaxation, kindness and spaciousness in your day to day life. The session will include a mix of theory, guided meditation, practical exercises and discussion.

To experience the lasting benefits of mindfulness you have to keep practising! This refresher session, open to anyone who’s completed an eight week mindfulness course, will help inspire you to keep going by reconnecting you with the Breathworks mindfulness approach with the support and collaboration of others.
