Mindfulness refresher session

Saturday, March 17th at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Most people who attend a mindfulness course get a lot out of it, but what happens when the course finishes? To experience the lasting benefits of mindfulness it’s necessary to continue to practise. Many people find it hard to keep their mindfulness practice going and so we offer regular refresher sessions to help rejuvenate practice that may be flagging, and inspire people to keep going. It is so worth it!

A great way to get an overview of what's on offer at WLBC. A rich and varied programme of free taster sessions of meditation, Buddhism, mindfulness, yoga and more, running on the hour every hour throughout the day in both shrine rooms and the yoga studio. All welcome.
