Open Day on Saturday 5 January – free taster sessions
Considering starting a course in January – in meditation, mindfulness or Buddhism? Want to try out a new style of yoga, or a new teacher? Interested in an experience of Buddhist chanting? Or perhaps you’ve heard of TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and want to know more. Our Open Day THIS SATURDAY, 5 January 10am-5pm, offers free taster sessions in all these things and more – or just drop by to look around and have a cup of tea. Everyone’s welcome.
