Nourishing and Nurturing Yourself 

In this session we’ll be discussing and exploring different aspects of diets, food habits, meditation, exercise and effects of stress in your mind and body.

  • nutrition, diets, healthy eating and eating habits.
  • how stress is related to your diet
  • how trauma is related to your diet
  • how work life is related to your diet

and how through little changes, less judgement, more understanding and experiencing

Restorative Yoga can help to improve your health and revitalising, recalibrating and restoring your body, mind and life quality.

**This is a 3 part series. Attending all workshops is recommended but not compulsory**
