Yoga found Patricia in 2007 and ever since she has been hooked. Yoga helped her to appreciate the deep connection between body, mind and soul in a totally new way. Through pranayama Patricia created a relationship with her breath, the asanas made her body stronger, the meditation calmed her mind and her health improved: her backache as well as her constant headaches were gone. Patricia not only got stronger and healthier but found peace within herself.

Patricia is trained in Himalayan Hatha Yoga by her teacher Yogi Ashokananda, in Vinyasa Flow by Mimi Kuo-Deemer and in Yin Yoga by Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burlier.
