All our drop-in classes for the Yoga Studio programme are listed below. To check for any changes or cancellations this week, please take a look at the calendar linked below.

Booking is not required for our classes except for Trauma and Tension Release Exercises with Vilasamani, for information and booking click here. You can reserve your space in our monthly Friday evening Gong Bath/ Yin yoga workshops at reception.
