We are delighted to begin to re-open the WLBC for some of our classes for an in-person experience, after running classes online for over a year.
In order to make the best use of our limited spaces and ensure the safety of those who attend, we hope you will understand that we need to run a booking system at this point.
We would like you to make all effort to attend when you book as we are not able to give spaces to others. We want to make the most of this opportunity for our community to come together and practise again in person. Please note that bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you scroll down, you can read more information about our Covid-security procedures.
Here are the in-person classes that are currently running, will require booking via Eventbrite until the end of October. From October, the events will return to a ‘drop-in’ format:
- Tuesday, Lunch-time Meditation, 1 – 2 pm [BOOK HERE]
- Saturday weekly, Morning Meditation, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm [BOOK HERE]
- Sundays, last Sunday of the month, click [HERE] for details.
What is the WLBC doing to minimise the risk of Covid-19 infection?
Following guidelines – we follow Government guidelines and regularly check for updates and changes that may occur, making adjustments to our procedures.
**Update: From 19 July, the Centre will maintain Covid protocols around social distancing and masks (unless exempt) as previously published**
Feeling unwell – we ask visitors not to come to the centre if they are feeling unwell (with Covid-19 symptoms: high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of taste or smell) or testing positive for Covid-19 or any variant. If this applies to you, please write to email@example.com for a refund.
Other precautions – we ask visitors to observe a 2-metre social distancing around the centre and in the spaces designated for practice. On arrival at the centre, we expect visitors to wear a face covering around the building and during practice. We have a sink for washing hands available on entry to the building and hand sanitisers around the building. We have a one-way system in operation and ask everyone to sign-in when arriving to help with the NHS Track and Trace programme. Each class has a supporter to guide you as you arrive and we appreciate you helping in minimising the risk of infection by following the guidelines.
