Buddhist Ritual: Opening the Heart (In Person)
- Sat Oct 9th 2021
- 5:00 pm
- 6:30 pm
- Booking not required
- £10 suggested donation
Our Buddhist practice can include exploring Buddhist teachings and reflecting with others, and sometimes there is a call for just being, just practising, letting our conceptual mind take a well-earned rest.
Once a month, we will come together to meditate and participate in a Buddhist ritual (puja) which can allow for insight to emerge from the depths of our hearts or just being in the presence of others, practising alongside them. The evening will start with a meditation and then go into a seven-fold puja. As this is an in-person event, we will be asking people to wear their face covering for the ritual part of the evening when we respond and chant, in order to minimise the spread of the Coronavirus.
