This six week online course is for those new to Buddhism or those familiar with some of the Buddha’s teachings who are interested in applying them in their everyday lives. The theme of the course will be the Threefold Path of ethics, meditation and wisdom – a practical, simple framework that can support us in every aspect of our lives.

In these uncertain times when so much is changing all around us and nothing can be relied on, when all around the globe people are suffering in different ways it is easy to feel overwhelmed. We may find ourselves experiencing anxiety about ourselves and those we care about, about what the future may hold. Although much of what is happening is outside of our control we do have a choice in how we respond.  Buddhism offers a path of personal practice and a perspective on reality that allows us to grow and develop, to find meaning in our lives and to appreciate our connection with others. It encourages us to act from the best of who we are, to discover who we can be, while at the same time learning to accept who we are right now with kindness and compassion.
