Online Lunchtime Meditation Classes

Wednesdays from 20 May 1-2pm led by Bodhilila
Fridays from 22 May 1-2pm led by Bodhilila and Viramati
Each class will begin with a short introduction to the meditation practice (drawing out different aspects of meditation over time) followed by a led meditation, up to 30 minutes long. Afterwards there will be an opportunity for questions and to share anything you noticed or experienced during the meditation.
The classes will focus on two meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (a kindness and compassion practice) and both meditation practices will be on offer each week, one on Wednesday and the other on Friday. Each lunchtime class will alternate weekly between these two meditations so if you only attend one class you will have the opportunity to practise both and to experience how together they can help transform our hearts and minds.
