These 3-week courses will explore both traditional and contemporary approaches to meditation with a focus on developing confidence and providing practical tools to enhance and deepen your practice. Each course will focus on a particular aspect of meditation practice as well as drawing on the meditative experience of course participants. These courses can be taken individually or as a series.
