This class offers a balance of active and restful yoga practices, with mindfulness of body, breath and movement threaded throughout.  Each week we explore a variety of different elements, including mindful movement, breathing exercises, traditional yoga postures, meditation, and a generous period of relaxation and rest. Absolute beginners are very welcome.
