This is a weekly mindfulness drop-in class for those wishing to explore secular mindfulness meditation grounded in the Breathworks approach. The session starts with a 25-30 minute guided meditation, time for collective reflection and enquiry, or some input and Q&A. We usually finish with another 5-10 minute meditation depending on how lively the conversation gets!

The class is suitable for all levels. Everybody is welcome to stay for the whole hour but, if you just wanted to stay for the meditation and then continue with your day, that is also very welcome.
