Mindfulness for Wellbeing

Rejuvenate your mindfulness practice, connect with others or just come and enjoy an afternoon of stillness with guided meditations, enquiry and group discussion.

These monthly workshops are suitable for those with some experience of mindfulness. For example, if you have completed an 8-week Mindfulness for Health or Mindfulness for Stress course with Breathworks or similar (eg. MBSR, MBCT). These afternoons are also suitable for those training to teach in the Breathworks approach to establish a regular practice and meet others.

Please note, there will be no workshop in December.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days in advance. After that we cannot usually offer refunds.
