Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or have had some experience, join us for an introduction to the simple yet powerful world of mindfulness through guided meditation, experiential activities and group discussion.

These 1-hour sessions are a great opportunity to find out more about the Breathworks approach to mindfulness for stress or pain management. People who have gone on to complete an 8-week Breathworks: Mindfulness for Health© or Breathworks: Mindfulness for Stress© course often report that it has helped them find deeper sources of joy, resilience and balance in their lives.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days in advance. After that we cannot usually offer refunds.
