We’ve added an additional hour on Friday for more in-depth exploration of practice. You may stay on after the Friday lunch-time class practice or just join at 2pm. If you’re coming at 2pm, you’ll be directed to the Zoom ‘waiting room’ and admitted once the meditation practice has finished.
