New class for 2023!
Learn to meditate or come to a class to refresh and go deeper in your meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or have been meditating for some time it can be very supportive to practise alongside others, often helping to establish or maintain your individual meditation practice.
Our lunchtime classes will focus on either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (development of loving kindness) meditation practices. Each week there will be some teaching input followed by a led meditation. (The class leader will vary the teaching content and the amount of leading during the meditation depending on the experience of those attending the class that day). Open to all – beginners welcome.
