Mindfulness ‘taster’ sessions run at 10am, 1pm and 3pm on our Open Days.
Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or have had some experience, join us for an introduction to the simple yet powerful world of mindfulness through guided meditation, experiential activities and group discussion.
These 50 minute sessions are a great opportunity to find out about the Breathworks approach to mindfulness for stress or pain management. People who have gone on to complete an 8-week Breathworks: Mindfulness for Health© or Breathworks: Mindfulness for Stress© course often report that it has helped them find deeper sources of joy, resilience and balance in their lives.

Please make sure you have read all the details of the event, have made sure you are eligible to attend (eg for 'going deeper' events) and are willing to make any commitments that are required.
Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days in advance. After that we cannot usually offer refunds.
