Party as only Buddhists can!

Join us for a celebration of the Buddhist festival of Sangha Day. This is an opportunity to focus our attention on the gift of community, to look at its significance in our lives and for the world, with gratitude in our hearts. Through a series of short talks, readings, reflection, meditation, ritual and mantra, we will explore the theme of Sangha as the tapestry that holds us, the magic carpet that takes us on endless adventures.

We will have a mitra ceremony in the afternoon as Nikki Green becomes a mitra, another thread in the beautiful sangha tapestry. There will also be an opportunity for current mitras to reaffirm their commitment.

Read to learn what becoming a mitra in Triratna means.

Please bring food for a shared vegetarian lunch.

Doors open at 10am. Come for the whole day or part of the day.
By donation (suggested £15).
