Sangha Day Celebration – Online
- Sun Nov 29th 2020
- 2:30 pm
- 5:00 pm
- Booking not required
- By donation
As Buddhism developed in the early centuries C.E. it emphasised the altruistic thrust of the path. It declared that we are all in this together. Our spiritual growth and liberation depends on the spiritual growth and liberation of all other sentient beings. As long as any one of us is enslaved, not one of us is free. Sangha Day is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate this profound connectedness that ties all our destinies together. Join us for an afternoon of meditation, testimonies of appreciation of Sangha and a puja in which we affirm our aspiration to benefit all beings.
