The early Indian yogis mapped out a trajectory from ‘initial interest’ to penetrating wisdom. This journey is laid out for us to follow in the teachings of the Abhidharma. Join us for an exploration of this ever-deepening engagement with experience through mindfulness and meditation. The retreat will be practice-focussed, delving into the depths of mind and heart through meditative practice together.

Session 1: 8.00 – 9.00
Session 2: 11.00 – 12.30
Session 3: 16.00 – 17.30
Session 4: 19.00 -20.30

The retreat starts on Friday with Session 4 and finishes on Sunday with Session 3.
