LGBTQ women & trans meditation is a peer-run space for LGBT/queer Buddhists and meditators to connect and share our practice together, centring on the experience of women, trans and non-binary people. We practise in the context of the Triratna Buddhist Community, but everyone is welcome. The evening consists of two meditation sessions – one mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditation, and one open sit – with time for tea and a chat in between. Open to all levels of experience, newcomers welcome.
