Mindfulness taster – Saturday 16 February 12.30-1.30pm
You’ve heard of mindfulness – perhaps heard people talk about how it’s changed their life by changing how they relate to themselves and to what happens to them. Maybe you’ve already been to a mindfulness meditation class, or practise mindfulness in daily life. Or maybe you’re a bit dubious, and think it sounds like just another fad.
Mindfulness courses at WLBC follow a carefully developed, tried and tested approach created by Breathworks – and WLBC is a Centre of Excellence for the Breathworks approach.
