Considering starting a course this autumn – in meditation, mindfulness or Buddhism? Want to try out a new style of yoga, or a new teacher?  Interested in an experience of Buddhist chanting?  Or perhaps you’ve heard of TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and want to know more.  Our Open Day THIS SATURDAY, 7 September 10am-5pm, offers free taster sessions in these kinds of things and more – or just drop by to look around and have a cup of tea, and perhaps stay on for our ‘Sangha Soiree’ conscious party night in the evening.  Everyone’s welcome.
