Jayakara
Jayakara’s name means ‘She who has a multitude, or mine, of victories’, connecting her to the treasures in the depths of her psyche and the victories the Buddha-to-be overcame. She continues to be inspired by the metta bhavana meditation practice and lives with her husband and son in East London.
