Reflection on Well-being

Published on Apr 21st 2021, in Blog

Find a quiet time and place to reflect:

1. First anchor attention onto the body and breath and clear random thoughts with the directives ‘not now’ and then ‘settle on the breath’.

2. Bring attention into the heart and chest area. Imaginatively have the attitude that this area of the body is like a portal into your emotional life.

3. Bring to mind imaginatively and with memory any ways over the last week in which you were taking care of your own well-being and come into the specific feeling of care behind those memories.

4. Ask yourself is there any area of my life to which I could bring in more care and be open to the answers. Bring to mind any intention which could support your physical and emotional well-being.
