In its mission to help everyone thrive in body, speech and mind, WLBC is delighted to be offering a large number of Breathworks-accredited Mindfulness courses in 2024. We are a Breathworks Centre of Excellence provider.
Mindfulness for Stress (8 weeks)
Mondays, 15 January – 4 March, 7.00-9.30pm
Tuesdays, 27 February -16 April, 6.30-9.00pm
Thursdays, 21 March – 9 May, 6.30-9.00pm
Thursdays, 6 June – 25 July, 7.00-9.30pm
Thursdays, 26 September – 14 November, 7.00-9.30pm
Wednesdays, 23 October – 11 December, 6.30-9.00pm
Mindfulness for Health (8 weeks)
first week is 3 hours, subsequent weeks 2.5 hours
Saturdays, 3 Feb-30 March (with a break on 2 March) 2.00–5.00/4.30pm
Thursdays, 2 May – 20 June, 1.00- 4.00/3.30pm
Tuesdays, 17 September – 5 November, 1.00-4.00/3.30pm
