You’re warmly invited to a morning of Dharmakatha  – a shared practice of discussing and reflecting on the Dharma. This tradition dates back to the time of the Buddha, when monks would come together to explore and deepen their understanding of his teachings.

Engaging in Dharma conversation in this way allows us to connect more deeply with the richness of the teachings and to discover their relevance and transformative power in our own lives.

Light breakfast refreshments will be provided, including croissants, fruit juice, and more.

No need to book, just turn up

Note about single-sex activities
At the WLBC, we value single-sex activities as a support for one’s deepening spiritual practice. If you identify as trans or non-binary, then you’re very welcome here. Do get in touch and we can work out in discussion the best way of participating in the centre for you. We want to engage with everyone on an individual basis, in the spirit of friendship, and for everyone to feel at home at the WLBC.
