Entering the Year of Padmasambhava

Padmasambhava

As WLBC enters its 49th year (yes, it’s true!), we will be calling on Padmasambhava (part historical being, part mythical imaginings) and his wisdom, energy and magical nature throughout our classes, courses and retreats this year.

And what an array of qualities he offers us!
* a path of transformation
* spiritual friendship
* turning towards reality,
especially impermanence and unsatisfactoriness

When Amalavajra ritually became our new chair on our 2024 Sangha Day, he talked about these qualities of Padmasambhava and how they will be a guide for the WLBC going forward. Listen here if you weren’t able to join us.

So we don’t have to wait for Padmasambhava Day (28th September) or the August mixed sangha retreat ‘Invoking Padmasambhava’ to dive into his remarkable teachings. We will be leaning into them all year long.
