For those familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditation practices.

A silent early morning online meditation from 7am on weekdays. The unled meditations will be for approximately 45 minutes with bells to mark stages.

These sessions will be hosted by the West London Buddhist Centre community. Do join us, we look forward to practising with you.
