A special practice to celebrate Buddha Day
Join us this Saturday for a special practice of imagining the Buddha to help up wake up to our potential.
Get your weekend off to a great start with a morning of calming and grounding meditation. Each session includes guided meditation for those new to meditation and for those with an existing practice. There will be opportunities for Q & A and experiential learning. We will bring a body-based, creative and imaginative approach to meditation as we explore both traditional and new ways of working with key practices like the Mindfulness of Breathing, the Metta Bhavana (development of loving kindness meditation), Just Sitting and the Bodyscan.
This class is open to all.
