Transform stress into calm

Get your weekend off to a great start with a morning of calming and grounding meditation. Each session will include both a led and unled meditation along with teaching input and opportunities for Q & A and experiential learning. We will bring a body-based, creative and imaginative approach to meditation as we explore both traditional and new ways of working with key practices like the Mindfulness of Breathing, the Metta Bhavana (development of loving kindness meditation), Just Sitting and the Bodyscan. This class is open to all.

Chances to become more alive and less toxic, more whole and less fragmented: Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress 8-week course starts 26th Jan. Weekend retreat 7-9 March.
