Saturday Morning Meditation (in-person)

Get your weekend off to a great start with a morning of calming and grounding meditation. Each session will include both a led and unled meditation along with teaching input and opportunities for Q & A and experiential learning. We will bring a body-based, creative and imaginative approach to meditation as we explore both traditional and new ways of working with key practices like the Mindfulness of Breathing, the Metta Bhavana (development of loving kindness meditation), Just Sitting and the Bodyscan. While this class is open to all it is aimed at those who have already learned to meditate and who wish to take their practice deeper.

In order to make the best use of our limited spaces in the shrine room, we are running a booking system for our in-person events with a minimum booking fee of £10.  We would appreciate it if you make every effort to attend the event once you have booked as we are not able to give the space to another person.  As such the booking fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.  If you are having Covid-19 symptoms or tested positive, we would ask you to not come to the centre, and in this exceptional case we will issue a refund – please write to us to info@westlondonbuddhistcentre.com
