Meditation gives us the tools to completely transform our experience of the here, the now, the inner and the outer.

Whether you are new to meditation, want a refresher or want to go deeper, this evening is for you.

* guided teaching of our two core practices of mindfulness and loving-kindness
* guided opportunities for deepening your practice, bringing in Buddhist wisdom reflections

Maybe you’ve meditated with an app or learned on your own, there is nothing like the magic of meditating with other people. Explore what mindfulness and loving-kindness can offer to us and the world.

A day of practice, Sunday 27th April. Meditation with Paramananda 10.30am-1.30pm (book here) and Death Conversation Cafe (honouring Kamalashila) 2.30-4.30pm (by donation, suggestion £15)
