Spend the afternoon in a unique practice of mindfulness: drinking tea and quietly observing.

Tarakarunya will set the context for this unique practice of mindfulness, revealing how we can become more appreciative of imperfection, mindfulness and doing things simply and quietly. Numbers are limited to offer a deeper dive into the experience.
