This weekly online class is an opportunity to meditate together and to explore and deepen our personal practice. Paramananda will introduce the session (maybe share a poem!) and then lead a meditation. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to explore what we experienced during the sit and what is happening in our ongoing meditation practice. This class is for regular meditators.
