An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Saturday, repeating until Friday, December 31st, 2021
This class has a focus on applying Buddhist teachings and practices to every day life in the urban environment of the city. Themes are explored organically over many weeks taking into account the experiences and questions of those attending each week. The class is open to everyone (though anyone new to meditation is encouraged to learn meditation either by doing a beginners meditation course or by coming to some lunchtime drop-in classes).
