I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and counselling supervisor. I am on the official registers of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP ) and The National Counselling Society (NCS).
I offer short-term, long-term and open-ended psychotherapy, counselling and counselling supervision in North West London, depending on your needs.
You may be going through a major life transition, redundancy, a divorce, or have experienced a bereavement. It may be difficult to talk to friends or family as they may not know what to say, you don’t want to burden them, or you fear they may judge you. My approach is not to give advice or to judge, but to offer a calm, supportive, confidential space where together, we can explore your difficulties.
I am an integrative therapist and counsellor, which means I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches and find the best and most appropriate way to work with you.
I have many years of experience working with individuals suffering from a variety of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic attack, grief, bereavement, loss, life transition, phobia, post-natal depression, and addiction.
