Pam Walton
Pam is an accredited mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and practising Buddhist. Based at the Brixton Buddhist Community, she teaches meditation to newcomers and has co-led on meditation and Buddhist courses.
Pam has been practicing meditation since 2017 and became a Buddhist in 2019. She was drawn to meditation when she felt an emotional shift in her life. At the time, she was working as a manager in social care.
For Pam, she has found has found the Breathworks approach transformative to her health as she has been living with chronic pain for the last 6 years. Mindfulness and meditation has enabled Pam to live a much more balanced, enriching and positive outlook towards herself and with others.
